When you create an account, we collect your email address and name via our authentication provider (Clerk). When you use Sentimyne, we process the product URLs you submit and the publicly available reviews from those pages.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments through Stripe, generate AI-powered SWOT analyses, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Convex (database) and processed via encrypted connections. Reports and analysis results are stored in your account and only accessible by you unless you choose to share them via a share link.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic Claude (AI analysis), and Firecrawl (web scraping). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also export your reports before deleting your account.
