Subscription Plans
We offer a 7-day free trial on Pro and Team plans. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial period, subscriptions are billed monthly.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of your most recent payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Single Report Purchases
Single report purchases ($9.99) are eligible for a refund if the report failed to generate due to a technical error on our end. If a report was successfully generated, it is not eligible for a refund as the service has been delivered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@sentimyne.shop with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
