By accessing or using Sentimyne, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Sentimyne provides AI-powered product review analysis, including SWOT analysis, sentiment scoring, theme clustering, and competitor insights. We scrape publicly available product reviews and process them using artificial intelligence.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must not share your login credentials with others.
4. Usage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 2 reports per month. Paid plans offer higher or unlimited report limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to enforce fair usage limits to maintain service quality.
5. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
6. AI-Generated Content
SWOT analyses, sentiment scores, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.
7. Intellectual Property
Reports generated through Sentimyne are owned by you. However, we retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. The Sentimyne platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sentimyne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
